When you grab a coffee in “Tai Kwun”, you can see those heritage buildings have been refurbished into a hub packed with shops, restaurants, art and cultural exhibits. A business model has been added to reinforce its sustainability, thereby increased the usage of public open spaces, enhanced the vitality and vibrancy of the historic buildings and its surrounding communities, and connected the new generations to the heritage.
