Pre-/Post-Covid Liveable Cities

 

Melbourne, Australia, had topped the liveable city ranking for 7 consecutive years (2011-2017) in the pre-covid period by one of the renowned indexes, which ranks cities according to scores in stability, healthcare, education, culture & environment, and infrastructure. However, Melbourne’s ranking slipped to No. 8 in 2021 in the same scoring system after the pendemic. What Changed?
