Town Planning Intern / Town Planning Assistant (Part-Time) - R-riches Property Consultants Limited

 Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor/Master degree in Urban Studies, Urban Planning, Real Estate or related discipline;

  • Familiar with the planning system and other statutory procedures and regulations in Hong Kong;

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in submitting and handling S.12A, S.16, S.16A and S.17 Applications;

  • Assist in conducting site appraisal, planning research and studies to identify sites for potential development;

  • Assist in submitting and handling STW, STT, land grant, land exchange applications and other land-related matters; and

  • Assist in liaising and coordinating with other built environment professionals, consultants and Government bodies in planning/land-related projects.
