Senior Officer (Planning & Development)(11-month) – Town Planning

 

The Job

  • Assist in collecting planning-related information, conducting researches and analyses, and also compiling reports for planning purposes.

  • Assis in providing support for submission of planning briefs, planning applications, Master Layout Plans and technical assessments.

  • Assist in coordinating with consultant teams and monitor consultant teams’ performances.

  • Assist in liaising with Government authorities and different stakeholders to facilitate the planning and development processes.

 

The Person

  • Degree holder in Town Planning, Urban Design, Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.

  • Dedicated to work with good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.

  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. Good spoken Putonghua is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, or related design/presentation software, Microsoft Office and Chinese Word processing.  Knowledge in Geographic Information System is preferable.
