Senior Officer (Planning & Development)(11-month) – Town Planning
The Job
Assist in collecting planning-related information, conducting researches and analyses, and also compiling reports for planning purposes.
Assis in providing support for submission of planning briefs, planning applications, Master Layout Plans and technical assessments.
Assist in coordinating with consultant teams and monitor consultant teams’ performances.
Assist in liaising with Government authorities and different stakeholders to facilitate the planning and development processes.
The Person
Degree holder in Town Planning, Urban Design, Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
Dedicated to work with good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. Good spoken Putonghua is an advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, or related design/presentation software, Microsoft Office and Chinese Word processing. Knowledge in Geographic Information System is preferable.
