Urban Designer / Master Planner - TOWNLAND CONSULTANTS LTD.

The TOWNLAND Group is a leading international multi-disciplinary planning and design consultancy, providing professional urban and regional planning, development consultancy, master planning, urban design, landscape architecture, architecture and related services to Governments, Agencies and Private Sector Real Estate Developers in Hong Kong, P.R. China, India, Indonesia and across the Asia Pacific Region. We are seeking appropriate candidates in Urban Design / Master Planning for our expanding workload in P.R. China with the following qualifications:

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in Urban Planning, Master Planning/Urban Design, Landscape Architecture or Architecture.

  • Membership / Qualifications in relevant professional bodies.

  • A Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience for Urban Designer / Master Planner role (Applicants with less experience will be considered for assistant level positions).

  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills in both Putonghua (essential), and English.

  • Good technical knowledge in design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max, Photoshop).

  • Experience on a variety of planning and design projects.

  • A proactive approach, an ability to work under pressure and to meet critical project deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

•精通設計軟件的技術知識（例如AutoCAD，Sketchup，3D Max，Photoshop）
