Assistant Town Planner / Town Planner - Masterplan

Job Duties

  • Assist in preparation of town planning applications and development approvals.

  • Conduct research in the areas of land use planning, urban development, and housing under the supervision of Directors.

  • Provide support to the team whenever necessary


Requirements

  • A town planning degree from a university  recognized by the Hong Kong Institute of Planners (HKIP);    

  • At least 2 years’ appropriate working experience       in the planning field after obtaining the academic qualification;

  • Good understanding of relevant statutory,  procedures and regulations;

  • Excellent interpersonal and partnering skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure;

  • Highly-motivated, and ability to work independently

  • Highly proficient in English and Chinese (speaking and writing) is essential

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Town Planner.
