Result Announcement

Riding on the Smithfield Code Map launched earlier, showcasing the unique characteristics and beauty of Smithfield in Kennedy Town which embraces interesting stories of urban evolution, Community Engagement Committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Planners launched the “Community Treasure Hunt” Calendar Photo Competition in May to July.  It aims to record the landscape, culture and urban space of Smithfield, presenting the past and present of the community and the changes of the city through images and texts. 

The Committee received an overwhelming number of over hundred of entries.  Earlier, the Adjudication Panel selected 12 award-winning photos, including the champion, first runner-up, second runner-up and 9 merit awards.  In addition, the public was invited to vote for the Most Popular Award.  The winning entries will be published in the 2024 calendar produced by the Hong Kong Institute of Planners for public distribution.
