Obituary Notice
 

It is with great sadness to announce that Mr Tsang Ching Lun Edwin passed away on 11 July 2022 at the age of 85.

Mr Tsang had been a member of the Institute since 1980.  His dedication to the planning profession will be dearly missed by fellow planners.  The Institute would like to express our deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to Mr Tsang’s family.

悼念曾正麟先生

香港規劃師學會同仁懷著極沉痛的心情宣告，曾正麟先生 (Edwin) 於2022年7月11日安詳離世，享年85歲。

Edwin自1980年起已為本會的會員。我們將永遠懷念Edwin為規劃專業所作的付出，並謹在此向他的家人致以最深切的慰問。
